Arrival & check-in
Is there a reception?
No. Our apartments are self-service and use self check-in, so you don’t need to meet anyone. 72 hours before your arrival we send you the self check-in instructions, and we are always reachable by message if you need help.
When can I check in?
Official check-in is from 14:00. With self check-in you can arrive at any time after that, even late at night.
Early check-in is free whenever the apartment is ready. Need a guaranteed time? Subject to availability: from 12:00 for €20, from 10:00 for €35.
Can I check out later?
Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is free whenever the next guest allows. For a guaranteed time, subject to availability: until 13:00 for €20, until 16:00 for €35.
Why do I have to register online?
Online registration is obligatory for every guest. Since 2021 Hungarian law requires all accommodation, from hotels to campsites, to record guest data through a licensed provider. Because we have no reception, this is done online. Please complete it before you arrive.
When do I get the exact address?
You receive the exact address of your apartment after booking. The self check-in instructions follow 72 hours before your arrival.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. Our luggage storage is in our main building, the Hársfa Residence at Hársfa utca 26. Near our other locations there are many luggage storage options right around the corner.
Is the tourist tax included?
Yes, the Budapest tourist tax is already included in the price.
During your stay
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Our apartments are in residential buildings, so please be considerate of the neighbours.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Can I drink the tap water?
Yes, tap water in Budapest is safe to drink.
Is there WiFi and air conditioning?
Yes. Every apartment has free fast WiFi, air conditioning, a Smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen.
Is the apartment cleaned during my stay?
Our apartments are self-service, so there is no daily cleaning or restocking. For longer stays of 6 nights or more we bring extra supplies and do some cleaning in between.
What we provide
Do you provide towels and bed linen?
Yes, towels and bed linen are provided for every guest.
Which toiletries are included?
Free of charge: 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo, hand soap and toilet paper.
Is there a coffee machine?
Yes. Every apartment has a coffee machine, a Nespresso or a Dolce Gusto, and we leave some coffee capsules to start your stay.
Do you provide capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher?
Yes, we leave washing machine and dishwasher capsules to get you started. As the apartments are self-service, supplies are not restocked daily; for stays of 6 nights or more we provide more.
Getting here
Do you offer an airport transfer?
Yes. We track your flight online for any delays; just call your driver when you land and you are taken straight to the door of your apartment, in about 30–40 minutes.

Is there parking?
Paid parking is available nearby (€20–30 per day). Street parking is free at weekends and from 22:00 to 08:00.
Extras
Can you prepare a surprise in the apartment?
Yes, with pleasure. Just tell us before you arrive:
- A bottle of Hungarian wine from our cellar waiting for you – €15
- Fresh roses on arrival – 3 roses €40, 9 roses €75
- A birthday set waiting in the apartment – from €50
Can we join a wine tasting?
Yes. We host wine tastings in our own wine cellar, a few steps from the apartments, and apartment guests get 10% off every tasting. A tasting also makes a lovely present: buy a gift voucher.
